Our Diner

So good! It's like your grandma making anything you want but you don't have to wash dishes after. Very nice staff and great service. Eggs benedict with the option of a sausage patty instead of ham, I even asked for it on a biscuit instead of an english muffin, done and done. Really a wonderful experience.

Went for a pre-birthday breakfast with my dad this morning. Drove from Abbotsford to Our Diner as everytime I ride or drive by the parking lot it's full. Today I found out why... when going for b-fast in the USA I always have Chicken Fried Steak, homemade hash browns, gravy & toasted dry sourdough bread. Our Diner did not disappoint... the chicken fried steak was a good size, crispy outside, tender inside with good flavor. The hash browns were EXCELLENT & the portion was large. My eggs were just the way I ordered but the best, I mean out of this world, was the gravy. I don't talk much about the decor as it really means nothing to me, but, I will drop a few words for Our Diner. Old diner, memorabilia on the walls, 50's music (I got to hear Johnny Horton's North to Alaska) & truly clean, inside and out. Finally, our server. She was top notch, from start to end.

The breakfast portions are large for the price (especially the biscuits and gravy). I'm definitely doing half orders from now on. Lol. The coffee was good and the biscuits were made for scratch kind of like a pan made corn bread. Their gravy has sausage in it but I don't know if it was from scratch too. My country fried steak was nice and crispy battered. All very good tasting.

This is our absolute favorite place to eat hands down! The waitresses are all wonderful the food is always amazing and atmosphere is that of local families and friends! The bisquits and gravy are the best in town!
