I wish to thank officer Villeneuve and staff for assisting me to register on CARM. They are 1st class in every respect! I wish I could say the same for the CARM technical support system. Please get this fixed! It is a nightmare.

By self-clearing a small package with CBSA, I avoided $90 in brokerage fees from UPS. The officers and cashier were pleasant, helpful, and very efficient. This was probably my most positive interaction with CBSA ever. Very professional.
