I honestly don't know why employees work there if they don't like it. They're never nice on the phone, they always rush you, and unfortunately they are barely a help. 
YMCA was much better a year ago.

I waited for more than one hour to meet the assessor for booking a LINC course. They have very few people, so I cannot understand what employees are really doing!!! I am not sure if they enjoy wasting people’s time like this.

Just wastes the government's money. The computer are all broken. The employment consultant are there to kill your time. You never will have access to them when you need them.

YMCA-YWCA is the right place to walk in and ask any question as new comer or even a citizen about Job search, resume writing and cover letter !!! Thanks to all the friendly & helping staff !!! I found what I needed in this Center.
