Good building to live and/or visit. Front yard is totally renovated & upgraded with beautiful seating areas, tables, community garden and colorful planter flower beds. Staff landlord is helpful and responsive to tenant's needs. There's an office located on site closed since COVID began. Maintenance, pest control & security staff seem to be dedicated and we versed to meet the needs of the residents & community. All the staff at this building work hard, are very professional and do a great job. Back of building building overlooks Jules Morin park-big, beautiful park with lots of ammeneties -play ground, splash pad, hockey rink, soccer field, basketball hoops, picnic tables, community centre, indoor pool, etc. Visiting: Secure entrance. Your host must buzz you into the building. Free visitor parking but be sure to register online or by phone to register your vehicle or you can be ticketed. Handicap parking available. Negative: Tenant's do a very poor job of throwing their trash down the garbage shutes on each floor. Instead alot of trash is left outside the shutes by the elevators which is gross and causes the hallway floors to stink. Maintenance staff are stuck bringing all the trash bags left on each floor down to the big garbage room downstairs. Throw your trash down the garbage shutes please! It's disgusting, unsanitary and makes the whole area stink. 2 Hallways, stairwells and elevatora often smell like urine.
Monday ask for maintenance for broken key in my mailbox still waiting on fryday 8 truck came in can't even repair mailbox still broken that the new management services we get have to go get my mail sent mailman is there or Waite next day that the way treated senion
Too bad I can’t give 0 stars because they do deserve any! One the assistant just hang up the phone on me while talking.... just terrible place and service
