We were extremely disappointed in this travel agency as we booked a five day four night vacation to Las Vegas then when we went to pick up the itinerary they only gave us three days We had paid also for our medical travellers insurance then they forgot to give us our brochures not impressed your agents need to be more organized and more specific not cool
