Apex Accommodations

Apex Accomodations was our choice for a birthday weekend away where we had 11 friends join us for two nights in Penticton. As I booked on Expedia, I was instructed to get in contact with Apex Accomodations ("AA") afterwards to confirm the keys pickup. I tried unsuccessfully to contact Myles for 3 weeks prior to our trip. I called other hotels in the area to get his personal cell phone information and left countless voicemails, all with NO LUCK. I finally got ahold of the Apex Resort which gave me the name for his other business, topcat tours. I contacted another employee there and asked her to get Myles to call me. I called multple times there and it still took 2 weeks to get an answer. After that, the day we were checking in and picking up the keys, he told me our hot tub was broken and would not be fixed. I told him this was the only reason we had booked with him and he told me "try and find another place at this point". So we were stuck. We were 12 25-35 year old adults playing board games and drinking wine.That night, some of the people went to the hot tub next door, probably shouldn't have, and hopped in. We were the only place up there occupied. He proceeded to call the cops on us and threaten us for the REST of the weekend that the cops were being called (even though after his first call we went inside and didn't make a freaking peep), using it at a scare tactic to keep us inside I think. He ended up charging us 500.00 extra dollars for the stay for a fine from strata. The place was nice, thats the only reason this is getting a two. The service was MORTIFYING. I would never recommend it to a friend and will never be stepping foot on one of his properties again. Absolutely unbelievable. He completely ruined our weekend.
