Bernadette was amazing! She kept us within budget, figured out some passport hiccups and got us the direct flight we wanted! I will definitely be using her for all of our future trips!!
Bernadette got us to Cabo for an amazing 2 week vacation where my girlfriend became my fiancée, zero stress about anything, she even got us more leg room on the flight both ways!

Before I asked you to take over, I was pulling my hair out trying to research an itinerary that didn't involve lengthy layovers between connecting flights - it seemed impossible! But in no time at all you had magically produced three very decent options for me to choose from, and then just as quickly secured my chosen itinerary and organized the travel and medical insurance which I needed too. My wife and I, along with two other couples had planned to do a river cruise in Europe last year. Bernadette provided a number of options and once we chose, she arranged everything. Then came Covid. Like everyone else, we were forced to cancel everything. Bernadette was so professional and handled all the cancelations and got our deposits back. We are planning to try again to do this trip in the future and we will not hesitate to have Bernadette arrange it all.
Bernadette is so helpful and knowledgeable about all things travel! She helped book everything for our honeymoon to Japan and helped things go smoothly while we were there with all of our hotels and travel. We would 100% work with her again!
Bernadette is definitely a full service travel agent that thinks of everything you may need or want . Absolutley goes above and beyond the call of duty! Can't wait to book our next trip to the Cook Islands with her!
