Second experience with this location of Flight center, both times the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We especially appreciated the excellent service from Lindsay who took the extra time to book our trip using loyalty point, she is wonderful!

It is the second time that I have dealt with Hayley, both on emergency family trips to Zurich.
She has been extremely professional and helpful, as well as very knowledgeable and friendly. 
It is a pleasure to deal with her.
