Very disappointing experience at this Osmow’s location. I ordered two Chicken on the Rocks with two pops, two garlic dips, and two hot sauces through the app for pickup. The bag was sealed, so I expected everything to be correct, but one pop and both hot sauces were missing. I called and they said they’ll give the pop next time, but that doesn’t fix the inconvenience.nnThe bigger problem was the food. The meat portion and toppings were far less than what other Osmow’s locations serve. Osmow’s is usually my go-to place, so I know the normal standard, and this order was clearly below it and not worth the price.nnNot up to brand expectations. Would not recommend this location.
Osmow’s is one of my favorite spots for a quick and satisfying meal. Their portions are generous and filling. My top pick is the Philly Chicken on the Rocks, it’s the perfect mix of creamy, and savory with just the right amount of spice. Still, you can’t go wrong with the classic Chicken on the Rocks either; it’s a timeless choice that never disappoints. Service is quick, and the vibe is casual and welcoming. A go to spot whenever I’m craving Mediterranean comfort food.
I had an amazing experience at Osmow’s, and Abhay made it even better! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive while taking my order. He made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I like it and provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude.nnIt’s always great to see someone who genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in their work. Thank you, Abhay, for the outstanding service.. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This location has a serious staff issue. I called 3 times around 12:30am on October 22nd only to have the calls ignored. Finally placed an order through Skip. Went to pick it up and the store is nearly empty 1 customer placing their order with 1 staff taking orders and the other staff chatting with her friends.nnThe guy gets my order, after getting back home, this is what I received see pic. A meager portion of chicken and rice. I asked for mild hot sauce and the guy put a tiny little blob on the corner of the food. The rice is rock and the chicken is burnt.nnOsmows used to be known for their service and quality food with decent portions. I will never be returning to this location or Osmows in general. This isn’t my only bad experience at this location…nnTrain your staff better. Ask them to stop chatting with their friends, pick up the phone, and put some effort in your service.nnPathetic.
I usually order from this store quite often, but unfortunately, I’ve faced issues with my orders almost every time. The food often arrives in poor condition, and this time was very disappointing. I ordered one large and one regular shawarma with toppings onions, tomatoes, and lettuce and also added pita croutons $1.69 extra. However, both shawarmas were delivered without any toppings. It’s frustrating to spend around $26 and not receive what I paid for. I really hope the team pays more attention to order accuracy and quality control going forward — especially for loyal, regular customers.
