Imagine ordering a shawarma box… and receiving a box with everything except the shawarma. Truly groundbreaking innovation from Osmow’s — they’ve apparently invented the world’s first Shawarma-less Shawarma Box™.nnFries? Check. Salad? Check. The entire reason I ordered the box? Boldly absent.nnEven more impressive is the operational strategy. The employees seem to be permanently on their phones, which is great for staying socially connected, but perhaps less ideal for the revolutionary concept of checking the order before sending it out.nnI must say, it takes a special level of confidence to hand someone a shawarma box without the shawarma and just hope nobody notices. Unfortunately, I did.nnNext time I’ll know: if I want actual shawarma with my shawarma box, I might need to order it as a separate add-on.nnThanks for the unforgettable culinary experience.
Very Disappointing ExperiencennI ordered chicken on the rocks with medium spicy, and it had almost no spice at all. It tasted completely plain, not even close to what I ordered.nnWhen I called the store to explain the issue and told them where I purchased it from, their response was extremely frustrating. They kept saying the spice was already added and that they would need to “verify it”, which made it feel like they were blaming the customer instead of listening.nnThey then told me I had to bring the food back to the shop before they could do anything. This is very inconvenient, especially when the mistake was clearly on their end. A customer should not have to travel back with opened food just to prove something so basic.nnPoor customer service, no accountability, and zero effort to resolve the issue over the phone. This experience was disappointing and a complete waste of money. I won’t be ordering again
I had a great experience at Osmow’s. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared quickly. The restaurant was clean, and the overall service was excellent.nnA special thanks to Manjot for her outstanding customer service. She was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the experience even better. It’s always great to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customers.nI highly recommend this Osmow’s location and will definitely be coming back!
Osmow’s is one of my favorite spots for a quick and satisfying meal. Their portions are generous and filling. My top pick is the Philly Chicken on the Rocks, it’s the perfect mix of creamy, and savory with just the right amount of spice. Still, you can’t go wrong with the classic Chicken on the Rocks either; it’s a timeless choice that never disappoints. Service is quick, and the vibe is casual and welcoming. A go to spot whenever I’m craving Mediterranean comfort food.
Normally I am not a fan of Osmows style shawarma or platter but if done right it can be pretty decent. This place however in my last few visits has only disappointed me.nnWhile the service is okay, the food is sub par. I recently came in to have the chicken shawarma box. I choose to get it with the salad and while the quantity and flavour of the salad was good, the shawarma was completely dry. I opted the shawarma without veggies but they did not put any sauces in it and the chicken had a weird flavour and was very dry. It was so dry that I was unable to swallow it.nnI will be avoiding this location in the future.
