Just bought a large chicken on the rocks. Rice was dry , hard and stale. Chicken was dry and stale. Had to throw away the meal. Not even fit for a dog.nThey are very busy and it seems they are compromising quality for sales. Very disappointing . Tried calling them - they don’t answer. Very poor and don’t recommend.nThey are 24 hrs and should not be serving food
Ordered a large box of chicken on the rocks. They kept too much garlic sauce and the rice completely soaked in the sauce. Rice quantity is too low. Not enough for one person. I'm totally disappointed with the food.
Reason for my 2 star is we asked for the daily meal special, which is there in a poster at the store. The cashier was rude to us and said that's discontinued and we can't order that we have to get something else. We ordered chicken on the rocks, food was okay, but I am surprised that there’s a poster for offers in store that the people inside are not honoring. Just take it down, easy and simple. But I can't complain about the food. It was good.
I recently visited this location, and it was an experience I wouldn't want to repeat. From the moment I walked in, the staff's attitude was shockingly unprofessional. They seemed uninterested in serving customers and acted as though they were doing us a favor just by taking our order.nnThe food, which I had hoped would at least redeem the poor service, was unfortunately even worse. The shawarma was bland. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality meal or a pleasant dining experience. Save your money and time by going elsewhere.
My fiancé recently visited this Osmow’s location to pick up food and had a very disappointing experience. The wrap she ordered was soggy and not even wrapped properly. The staff was unprofessional; one employee was busy watching Instagram reels while the other, when asked to meet Osmow’s standards, failed to deliver a satisfactory product. I’ve never had such a bad wrap at any other Osmow’s location.nnUpdate after the Owner’s response: I appreciate any business owner’s commitment to defending their staff; however, suggesting that my fiancé visited the wrong location is simply not plausible. The Markham and Sheppard intersection only has one Osmow’s location in the vicinity. While it is understandable for an owner to support their employees and present their perspective, it is inappropriate to deflect responsibility onto the customer by claiming they were at a different location.
