Lazy staff didn’t cut the meat as expected shredded! Was not well done as requested with huge chunks of chicken made me wait long time for 1 order. Their Cesar salad is a joke! Ordered the Osmos special was anything but special will not be returning here. Waste of $15 not to mention over priced!
Reason for my 2 star is we asked for the daily meal special, which is there in a poster at the store. The cashier was rude to us and said that's discontinued and we can't order that we have to get something else. We ordered chicken on the rocks, food was okay, but I am surprised that there’s a poster for offers in store that the people inside are not honoring. Just take it down, easy and simple. But I can't complain about the food. It was good.
I can hear on a Thursday night at 10:00pm. The place was busy with takeout and dine in customers .nI ordered the chicken shawarma wrap takeout.nThe tables were not getting clean as customers were leaving their tables but overall acceptable environment inside the restaurant.nMy shawarma was very soggy and chicken was dry.. My sandwich was falling apart from all sides while eating. Check the pictures. Overall I was disappointed with the food.
the staff are absolutely lovely, they offer complimentary upgrades wherever possible, i was offered an upgrade because the meat of my choice was unavailable after placing the order and i was iffered a free upgrade but the entire dish in itself was below expectation. so 10/10 on staff attitude but 4/10 on the dish itself.
Been to this place second time . I asked for a falafal wrap but the employee said no falafel. So I asked him about French fries to replace it with falafel. He charged me the same price $33 for 3 falafel wraps . However, the quantity of the fries inside wrap was only 4-5 fries each wrap . I m really disappointed. I paid the full price but I didn’t get the right amount of stuff. Even, the guy MUKUL didn’t wrap it properly as you saw in the attached picture . People don’t come to this place .
