Been visiting this outlet for three years straight and not once did they disappoint! Have tried out their chicken Mandi, Madfoon and Madhbi so far, and 'Mandi' is my absolute favorite among the three. The ambiance is apt and the staff is very accomodating and courteous. Also, very quick and amazing service by Nagham during today's visit, especially during the rush hours of Ramadan. Highly recommended!
This place had a really good food. I think arguably one of the best Mandi experiences in North America. We went for Iftar, and they were very generous with the water and dates.nnI got the lamb with onions and it was cooked to perfection with a lot of taste, the portions were pretty good and I paid 32 with tax for my meal and a drink, which was a lot of food almost 2 people can eat it.nnOur server was Naghem, the staff are friendly, and the service was good. Definitely would go again.
Me & my friend were thinking of trying some Arabian food for the first time. And after searching on map we got here at Mandi Afandi and we must say the food was so delicious. It had worth every cents. The server Nagham was very helpful & suggestive, with always having smile on her face.
I recently visited this restaurant after reading some great reviews, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The food was decent, but it felt quite dry, which was disappointing. I suspect this may have been because I visited close to closing time.nnThe service also didn’t meet the standard you’d expect from a place with over 2,000 reviews. We ordered around $50 worth of food, which was a good quantity, but the quality didn’t align with the typical Mandi experience I’m used to—usually, the flavors are juicier and more vibrant.nnThat said, the store itself looks great, with a clean and well-maintained ambiance. I rarely post critical reviews, but considering the effort it took to travel all the way from Oshawa, the visit didn’t feel entirely worthwhile.nnHowever, I’m open to giving it another shot in the future to see if this was just an off day and to better understand the authentic taste they aim to offer.
So good! I can’t believe I waited this long to come eat here. Food is really tasty. The person who took our order was very friendly and helped us out with recommendations. Will be back.
