I always eat at Osmow's and love it but this location. I don't know if they are properly trained. Food was cold wrap itself fall apart and vegetables weren't fresh. Maybe because I went an hour before their closing time. They got the order wrong. All there's veggies no chicken.
The food there is awesome. I don't thing the people working there are properly trained. Lacking customer skills. They ask customers to leave early even before the time it closes. The toilet has been out of service for more than 2 weeks. Please improve the facilities and train team members properly.
One of the reason I love osmow’s wrap is the perfect portion size exactly I needed. Clean and fresh ingredients.nn- Highly recommended.
Came to Osmow's back in 2020 when they first opened and it was decent. Their chicken on the rocks was on special for ~$10 per plate and for the price, it wasn't bad. The sauce was decent, but like many have said, chicken was a bit on the dry side. Also ordered a side salad which was ok. The servers were very nice, but tough to say if I'd go back. A decent fast-food joint for those on the go and want some Shwarma.
Tried a chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, and a chicken/beef combo on rice. All were tasty.nAsked for hot sauce and was very surprised by how hot it was, I was impressed. Makes me want to try the suicide sauce.nOriginally tried to order a beef kofta shawarma but was told I could only get it on rice. Odd since beef kofta shawarma was on the menu.
