We are a full-service small animal hospital serving the Greater Fredericton Area, Oromocto, and surrounding locales.

Story

We understand how you feel about your pet. Our veterinarians and veterinary staff are pet owners too. We want your pets to have healthy and happy lives. To achieve this, we recommend annual wellness examinations, proper nutrition, proper dental and preventative medical care. When your pet is ill, we understand how worried you may be. We will recommend appropriate diagnostic tests to determine the nature of the illness. Then we will recommend and provide the needed medical treatments for your pet.

We know you are busy - with three exam rooms and separate waiting areas for dogs and cats, we do our best to make your visit enjoyable for you and your pet.

We had our first visit with our two dogs and were really happy with the service. We felt our dogs were in great hands. The vet was kind and patient, especially with our challenges speaking English. She took the time to answer all our questions and explained everything clearly. It was a really positive experience, and we’re grateful for the care we received. Highly recommend!

Salvador and  Walter had a good check up at Oromocto Veterinary Hospital.  They are all up to date on shots. OvH has been our go to vet for decades, all our cats recieved the very best care from the knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This is where we brought in our first pet and stayed with this vet clinique for almost 10 years now and have always felt that the care our animals received was amazing. The employees are always greeting us and our animals with a warm welcome and we always leave happy and healthy!

Disappointing. My dog is in their system as of last year and had to take him to the emergency vet over the weekend due to an incident. After a couple days, this vet made it seem like they are “concerned” about your pet that’s why they check in with you and asked for updates after the emergency visit, only for them to refuse to answering basic questions such as approximate estimates/costs so pet owners can compare prices - unless you pay them exam fees. My questions to the lady in the reception were not worth any fees, just simple cooperation that’s not driven by money would have sufficed from this vet.

They were amazing. They were very empathetic, caring and gentle with me and my dog. The vet explained everything extremely well, and answered my MANY questions without being frustrated; even when explaining stuff more than once. And there was one vet tech there not sure if I can say names but she was FANTASTIC and was extremely accommodating, helpful and supportive. She even contacted me via email to see how my pet was doing.nAnyone looking for a vet - this is the place
