Called at 7:56pm Friday (Jan 8 2017) for an emergency with my turtle which ended up completely dislocating her "thumb" and needing surgery. Receptionist asked who was the regular doctor for the turtle but my turtle has never seen a doctor before and they told me they couldn't help me. Gladly will never go there.

Overpriced. Clean. Prompt. I have mixed thoughts on this *obviously. Dr. Berry certainly knows his field. Unsure of any of the other dr.'s, unsure of how many others are there.
