Original Joe's Restaurant & Bar

I really love Original Joe's. However today we went there with five of us and our food came out all at once and it was the same temperature... Cold! The waitress wasn't accountable to her laziness. Which was frustrating. She did discount us 25%. But at least say the truth when we all know you forgot to grab it and it sat there ready. I give it five stars because I still love it. I just wish more people were accountable to mistakes. In a way it makes customer service that much better.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Live near this Restuarant for the last 11 years. Always been hit and miss, but tonight was truly abhorrent. Takeout that took forever - then when I waited in the restaurant for 15 more minutes than what they estimated ( after 30 minute wait time- it has NEVER taken that long) the food I took home during a 3 minute trip was ice cold. And the food was totally gross. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very hit & miss good food maybe 2/10 times. Complained last time that they missed the sauce and this time they one up'd themselves and burnt all the chicken in the teriyaki rice bowl.

Always had good service here. The food is decent, typical pub food.

So we order delivery beef tips no dipping sauce . We just go with it on . Vacation from Nova Scotia . We order again for pickup I ask if all the sauce was in the waitress says I didn't pack it I asked her to check .she does and says it's in the bag we get home no sauce . I had to go back to get the sauce that's very very bad with no I'm sorry
