Henry's Restaurant

I eat there almost monthly and have never had a bad meal; always hot, always flavourful. Chow mein is never my favourite dish, except there. I look forward to it each time I go. Table service is usually fairly prompt. Kitchen service is usually slow, especially at lunch time. There is no buffet, everything is cooked to order. I have never used their take-out service. This is my "go to" place for North American Chinese food. It's not wheelchair-accessible and has a cafe-style atmosphere. Portions and prices are good.

This was easily the worst Chinese food I have ever had. It was completely flavorless, much of it wasn't what we ordered, and screwing up basic things. The Chicken Chow Mein had no chicken in it and was 70% cabbage. I am not a super picky eater, but after 5 or 6 bites, none of us could handle it. We threw out $90 worth of food and went to McDonald's instead. Absolutely TERRIBLE.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL DISGUSTING PLACE!!! Food tastes gross, portions are very small for what you pay! They dont even wear gloves or hair nets i strongly suggest eating at Imperial China, food tastes great and it's all you can eat! If I could give Henry's restaurant ZERO stars I would! Reason being we ordered delivery from here, prepaid from are Visa $46.00 plus delivery fee, waited a hour an half, they never came. So we called them and asked "what the heck?" And told us "we already delivered it". We said "well you must of delivered to the wrong house because are security cameras and I, did NOT see anyone come to the front door". So we asked to speak to the manager and she told us "she delivered it twice" which is a complete lie! And because they supposedly "delivered twice" they had the audacity to charge us A SECOND DELIVERY FEE! For food that never got delivered. So we asked for a refund and they had the nerve to tell us "no! You guys are liars, we had to deliver it twice" we have security cameras and my husband was hanging outside the entire time, the cameras and my husband did not see anybody come to the front door not even once! It's been 6 days and we still haven't got a refund or even a free meal for such an inconvenience. The only reason why we ordered from here in the first place was because we literally live 4 blocks away, and were super hungry to wait on food so we thought delivery would be quick and easy for this Chinese place. Just a complete disappointment, my toddler was starving for 2 and half long hours. We're now having to deal with cops because they basically stole are money from us.

Don't eat here! Ginger beef was UNEATABLE. Special rice was NOTHING special a few extra in with the rice. salt and pepper shrimp- alright. dry garlic ribs alright . lemon chicken not good sauce like water. wor tip dumpling were the best. I wish I could find a GOOD consistent Chinese food restaurant in this town!!

If I could give -stars I would. I arrived back home with my "chow mein" which is really a bowl of cabbage and maybe 30 broken, uncooked raw, completely raw and yellow noodles and some chicken. If I wanted a bowl of cabbage I would have ordered it. 11.50 out the window, enjoy the tip because I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

I was told 40-45 minutes for my order, not a large order...wor won ton soup, 3 egg rolls and a beef and broccoli. I showed up around 45-50 minutes after placing the order, the lady at the counter did not even acknowledge I was there, four other people in the entire place. And I proceeded to wait another half an hour for my food...not even an apology or offer of discount for the extra wait hell there wasn't even an offer of an explanation of they're really backed up or anything. The food was ok but horribly priced for the portions and quite honestly the wait time unbearable and unacceptable for the price. I won't be back.

I went there ordered and waited for 2 HOURS so I got up paid for my drink and they said to never come back. I am glad I took their advise. I don't plan on eating there they said they only cook "fresh" food...well I eaten at many restaurants who all cook fresh but it doesn't take HOURS to do it...honestly poor management. As she was the one her self who told me to never return. They didn't "need" my business... I mean who says that to customers... I hope no one goes there...just bad business is all...BAD BUSINESS!!

Horrible food. Egg rolls came burnt. Cantonese chowmein is their versions which is horribly saucy and disgusting. Sliced pork for 15 dollars wasn't even enough for one person. Called and complained and they wouldn't do anything. Horrible horrible horrible.

Don't ever order from here ginger beef is disgusting can't taste ginger at all it tastes horrible!!! The chicken balls where also gross and came with no sauce!!!! The portions where ridiculous especially for 67 dollars like god I wish i could post a picture here so you can see how ridiculous it looks!!!!!! Not impressed

This place is a gem. Service was super and the food is always delicious and the price is very reasonable with good sized serving too. Best Chow Mein in Lethbridge!
