Size is generous for the price. We can't order too much because both of us are full. They also offered chocolates on top of fortune cookies, this is a nice touch! There are not much Chinese restaurants around Fredericton and this is definitely a must try.
Second time we’ve ordered from OP. Second time it was great. Order filled within 15 mins and piping hot on pickup. Dinner for 4 was a ton of food and probably 1/2 price you’d pay at Diplomat. This is the only place we are going to go for Chinese food so long the quality and prices stay consistent!
• The Customer Service Was Great! • Their Food Portions Are Big! Biggest And Best Chicken Balls I've Ever Had • Their Rice Tastes Incredible • Their Chow Mein Has Lots Of Meat! • My Only Complaint, Is From The Last Time We Ordered From There. Once We Drove Home And Sat Down To Eat, And Opened All Our Foam Containers, I Noticed Our Sweet & Sour Wontons Were Extremely Overcooked. They Were Dark Brown, And Hard As A Rock, So We Threw Them Out If It Wasn't For That Issue With The Wontons, I Definitely Would Have Given Them A 5/5. Vegetarian options: I Wouldn't Recommend It, Since Most Items Have Meat! Kid-friendliness: Safe & Friendly Place, Which Is Great For Kids! Parking: There Is Parking. Wheelchair accessibility: To Get In, And Out Of The Restaurant, Yes!
The chow mein is actually chop suey. No noodles. The chop suey is delicious but it's not what I ordered. We paid $27 for something else. When we called back, they said that that's how they make it The chicken balls are huge and the kids liked them. The sweet and sour pork and spring rolls were not good. Over fried and flavourless. We got a refund discounted to our phone number for the chow mein, but unfortunately we won't order from there again.
We order all the time food is usually great! Now under new ownership ! The cost of the food went up and the portions went way down. Dinner for two ordered and were only given 4 chicken balls. Not satisfied and will definitely not be back.
Ordered 2 combos and vegetable dish. Combos were 85percent rice with some dried up pork bits and an egg roll. Won’t be back. What happened to this place!!!
We ordered Veggie Manchurian and it was the best I have had here in Canada! The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The food was spicy as we wanted and garnished nicely.
Our fave in the Fredericton area, and we have tried all the most recommended. Portions are large we order a dinner for 4 for a family of 6 three adults, three kids, food is consistently good, service has always been good.
The food is excellent, staff is friendly and the food portions are value for money. I highly recommend this place!!
Friendly staff, reasonable wait times and the Chicken Balls are VERY good. Unfortunately I found this a bit pricey for the quality of food. Prices have been raised quite a bit in the past 5 years. Additionally the Chicken Fried rice has pees and some other ingredients in it that other places don't include. I don't like pees in my rice, so it basically means any meal there is a bit useless for me. As someone who lives VERY close to this restaurant, it's a bit disappointing that I have to go elsewhere for Chinese food. I personally believe other places in Fredericton offer higher quality Chinese food for less money.
