Got two dishes for take out, one came out in just over 10 minutes and the second took just under 35 minutes so by the time we could eat the first dish was cold and the second it was completely wrong. The food was also sub par, there are so many other options in this city for Chinese food that are both better and cheaper.
100 for 4 meals horrible food quality veggies uncooked everything cold if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money.
My family and I have loved Chong’s Place for many years - this restaurant is our go-to for takeout and we are always so satisfied with the food, service, and atmosphere!
its been over a year now and i eat at chongs almost every day. a month ago i had the spring rolls they were very large and tasted great. yesterday i had noodles ad chicken stir fry it was very good they also have exellelent beef and broccoli combo. The prices are very reasonable and competitive Well worth the price. i suggest eating in the dining room it is nicely lite and cozy. The Staff is always cleaning the Tables, Chairs Windows, The Floors are Vacuumed and Mopped every evening I noticed as well. I plan on eating there lots more in the future. Thank you very much Chongs Place for the excellent meals and friendly service, we ll see you soon.
I bought the special at Chong's Place at Brookside Mall today for $15.99 plus tax. It was terrible. It was chow mein it was tasteless boiled bean sprouts and not much more was in it, rice was so dry and tasteless I'm sure it was yesterdays, 4 of the smallest chicken balls I ever saw, and the egg rolls plum sauce was the only thing that tasted good. Very Disappointed with the poor quality of food. Prices are high and food tasteless. I only gave a 1 star because they wouldn't let me post with 0 stars. This is not a place I will rush back to soon. Best Chinese food I've had in quite some time.
Dear Chong's, thank you for the love and care you put in your food. It shows and is appreciated. From just putting steam holes in the chicken ball container. I order the dinner for three. Was amazing and was packed with care. Thank you. Much love from Ontario.
Please update your hours on Google!!!! Very good food. Although it’s expensive for the portion, but hot and fresh. I would definitely order again and do recommend
The pork was cold and not fresh an very high priced 22.00 just for one person can't beat the buffet to go
I have ordered many times always great. Tonight I ordered beef lo mein and almond soo guy and the lo mein was never delivered. I got some sort of soup with beef and bean sprouts no noodles. Very disappointed.
