I should have come here sooner. This is the type of nostalgic Chinese food that I would get in St. John's before finding out that it's completely different while living in and visiting mainland China and Hong Kong. The chicken balls were some of the best I think I've ever had. Very thin, bit still crispy batter and the rest was pure chicken. The spring role was the same. The honey garlic spare ribs were pungent with the strong flavour of garlic, which I love and the veggies in the Chicken Chow Mein were fresh and crunchy which added a nice texture to the rest of the dish. The crispy wontons were perfect and I loved the design to make them look like ancient money. The Long Special Fried Rice while a little oily, made for a great dinner and leftovers with more ingredients than your average fried rice. I ordered takeout, but the decor was beautiful. I can see what other people meant by the old building smell, but I also noticed they are trying to rectify it. The decor was really nice. The staff member who greeted me while I waited for them to pack up my meal was very courteous and friendly. A great price and large portions. I'm looking forward to eating there again.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered food twice from this restaurant, the first time they forgot a part of our pickup order. They barely owned up to it, ask me to prove it by showing my receipt. Had to drive back there.. food was cold and soggy by the time we ate it. My second experience was for a delivery through skip the dishes. The estimated delivery time was 1 hour. We waited the whole hour with no updates on our delivery status. I called the restaurant, they told me the food as been ready for awhile but hadn’t communicated with skip the dishes yet. After 1.5 hours of wait, I drove to the restaurant to try and settle this. I saw my food was sitting in an open cooler bag, not even under heat lamps. The restaurant took no ownership of this poor experience and refused to prepare a fresh order. Our food was cold and old at this point. The whole experience took 2 hours and I walked away empty handed. They clearly do not care about the customer experience, said it was skip the dishes fault. Never going there again.
This is definitely one of the hidden gems of downtown Fredericton. The food is absolutely delicious and well priced. Large portions and lots of flavour!

Best Chinese food in town! They have some great spicy dishes which can be hard to find in town! Loved it!!
Waitress was awkward and unfriendly the pork was sour in our rice and there was a bone in the rice longer special rice left disgusted and disappointed. They didn't offer us take out containers or ask how anything was and barely got a discount for the spoiled meat. Will not be returning. Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible

We were dine-in and had waited for very long time we spent about 45 min waiting for the meal and the pig ear that we’ve order not came as picture lots of veggies while picture have no veggies. The girl not the waitress, I don’t know who she is kept said meal will be ready in 2 min but in fact hmmm more than 5 min.apparently it suitable name for the restaurant “Longer” yeach waiting for Longer time
