Oregano's Pizza and Bistro

Calzones 3.6/4.0: one large and two regulars were enough for a family of 6. Great meal. They use good quality ingredients and I appreciate them for that reason.

3 times I've ordered delivery I've waited twice for over 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered. The other time was an hour and forty five minutes. One pizza and a 10 minute delivery drive. Pizza is always good but the wait time is less than reasonable. Possibly short staffed or something but they should let people know if it's going to be a long wait. They always give estimated delivery times and it's always well past that time. Multiple deliveries on one trip so when I get my pizza it's cold. Delicious but cold.

Orégano a is a great pizza. Probably one of the best in town and our family favourite. However, I’m giving a poor review d/t finding out today that they changed their ordering system. With a family of 4 we used to order half cheese and half pepperoni for example. Now to be able to have our family pizza night we have to order 4 different pizzas to accommodate our needs. This increases our coast by a lot which is disappointing. I am sick of retailers doing things like this not taking into consideration their customers needs. As soon as I found out about this I wrote an email to the company and ordered our usual from their competition Hot house. They also make great pizza and they are closer to where we live. I would love to continue supporting oreganos as I have done for many years but I’m not playing this game. I’m sure they have their reasons for doing this but it is certainly not based on what customers want or need. Very disappointing.

Oregano's gets a great review from the Society of Geography Students at UVic! We ordered pizze from them for a student event and they did an amazing job at getting it to the right building and earlier than expected! You guys were awesome and pleased a whole bunch of students!

Our families favorite pizza place now. Lots of vegetarian options and great fresh tastes. Try the Pineapple Express... trust me. Killer.

lot’s of topping and taste and crust pizza! I tried bbq and new yorker, honolulu, meat lovers so far. bbq bourbon is bestest. also, this place pizza is not that much greasy. btw I forgot the taking pictures.

Hands down one of the best pizza places in town. Great owners and staff. Please bring back pizza by the slice!

Awesome pizza - but what customers should feel the best about is supporting a local business that works hard to bring quality food and excellent service to the community.

I've enjoyed a couple slices, usually not a whole pie. Still enjoyed.Food: 4/5

Good pizza not thin crust like I prefer so maybe why 4 and not 5 stars.
