Good workout class! Keeps you moving the entire hour and always mixes up the workouts. The visual screen helps you to get to your targeted heart rate. Def recommend

We switched here from Niskayuna Orange theory as it is slightly closer to us from Latham...recently we had bad experiences there and decided to switch back to Niskayuna for following reasons... 1) The front desk staffs not quite friendly... 2) Always crowded. Hard to get a spot here... 3) Above all, I forgot my wrist monitor one day and the staff refused to lend me one ..instead asked 5 dollars to rent it... was rude and made me do exercise without it...ridiculous!!! They usually lend one in Niskayuna without any problem.... The customer service here is really poor... Though Niskayuna is bit far...it's the best so far...

You're always doing something different. Coaches are Amazing! No other way to burn the same amount of calories in an hour.
