Not being a fan of gyms made it really hard for me to find a place to work out that was comfortable for. When I first stumbled upon Evolution Fitness I was nervous beyond belief. After my first week at bootcamp I have never thought twice about it. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. It's challenging and fun at the same time. I have been attending classes for over a year now and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Evolution Fitness is the best!! I've been attending bootcamp classes and TRX sessions since October, 2012, I am extremely grateful to have come in contact with Debi and Evolution Fitness. I've created new friends who are always willing to help me stay on track and stay focused. Debi is the best, always there for every one of her clients; she has the knowledge, expertise, caring and toughness needed to help you succeed! Commit to Fit!

I have been going to Evolution Fitness Bootcamp since 3/2012. Not only is it a great work out. But the friendships that I have developed over the time is just simply amazing. I have taken myself personally to new fitness levels all thanks to Evolution Fitness and the awesome people who have become my workout friends. This year alone I personally accomplished even greater goals thanks Evolution Fitness. I have accomplished the Freihofer Run, the Warrior DASH (OMG), the Rad Race and the Great Pumpkin 5k. Why did I do it?? Why because my Evolution family was doing it and I couldn't miss being there. What's different about Evolution Fitness is the friendship and support that goes beyond class. I love my Evo peeps and if one of us is missing from class there's someone who truely is missing you and wondering where you are and if you are ok.
