It was my first visit to OT Bend on December 8th. I decided to come here on my birthday to start the day off right after getting the invite from their manager Taylor. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted with smiles and Taylor jumped in right away to get me all set up at this location. My class coach was Emily, and she was awesome! Pushed me hard enough to get a good workout, and also was super friendly. The entire class even sang happy birthday to me at the end, it made my day extra special! I am originally from Orange County and have been to a couple OT locations. This by far has been the friendliness and the staff was very knowledgable. Each person truly cares about what they do and you can tell they have a passion for the fitness industry and making sure each client is treated top notch and meets their goals. I was so impressed I have decided to come here and workout every time I visit Bend, which is almost 7 times a year. Taylor has done an incredible job putting together a positive team environment and seeing that each client is treated by first name and is taken care of. Go check them out if you haven't been, no matter what your fitness level is, you will get the best workout in just 1 hour and you immediately will feel like family when you walk in the door! A+++

Orange Theory is an awesome work out studio, but the staff in Bend is not very accommodating and it's very difficult to reserve a session if you are not at Bend as your home studio. Even using the app, you can only sign up for open classes but you can't get on the waitlist without it prompting you to pay for extra services (I haven't had this issue with any other studio). I will keep going because I am in town and it's the only one, but I was not very impressed.

The acting manager provided me with a call to waive the cancellation fee. Overall, good workout in a comfortable setting, trainers are great and motivational. Best workout in town.
