High Desert CrossFit

Great gym with great people and trainers who pay attention to everyone's technique to avoid injury. I've been to many CF gym's and Mark (owner) is best trainer I've seen thus far.

Awesome! I've been an athlete for nearly 10 years, walked into this place for a intro workout (thinking it was going to easy), and was blown away by the knowledge of the coaches. The owner and head coach Mark instantly identified I had tight hamstring and began telling me how to fix them. After an awesome workout (which I'm still recovering from) in a cool environment with nice people, I realized this place us for me. Highly recommend!

Was in town for business and dropped in for a few classes. Mark, the owner and head coach, was great. Gave great coaching like I was a member. Super nice box with tons of room to workout. Everyone was really friendly too. Definitely recommend this box to anyone in the Bend area.

I felt intimidated to try out crossfit in the beginning, but after coming to High Desert Crossfit, I absolutely love it and am very thankful for it! I really appreciate that you're not just another number or get thrown into what everyone else is doing and expected to perform the same as everyone else...Noway! High Desert encourages you to start out realistically where you can, and to grow and push from there. It's a super encouraging and friendly environment, and it's a sense of community. I value the consistent coaching to make sure my form and technique is correct, as well as the cheering to keep going. Lastly, I love HDC's heart to see people grow in health, strength, and confidence at whatever pace you are able and willing to go.
