This is a great place to go. It's a very friendly place and you always feel welcomed. The instructors are energetic and they are there to help you out when needed. The best part is that no one cares how you look when you dance.

What a great way to keep moving! Can't wait for the childcare room to be extended! I love I can get a workout in while my daughter plays with others her age. So easy!

I love that it's at a easy convenient location.The atmosphere when I walked in was cozy, friendly and all smiles. I love that nobody judge me. They have a childcare room for me to bring my 7 year old and he can see me while I workout :). The workouts are not "easy" but the instructors are great and made it so I could "get" it. I don't know about you but I love to leave a workout class sweaty and that was what I got.

As a mom with three little ones, it's a one stop fitness shop. I love all fun, sweaty, workouts that work on cardio, strength, core, stretching, coordination and balance. With affordable daycare I can "recharge" almost every day of the week. Even if you think you "can't" dance, it's not hard to catch on, it's kinda like playing follow the leader. There are low impact options so all fitness levels can participate!!!! You'll also meet some of the nicest people in Bend while listening to some awesome tunes.

The studio is bright & clean, the babysitting room is safe & the kids are happy. The Fitness Instructors & other #FitKrew Members are welcoming & encouraging! Beats are off the hook & our Choreography is effective, safe, and cutting edge! Best Place to get so many types of workouts in under one roof with all the different formats!
