Quick delivery good quality, ordered a jnr rugby waterproof coat had to return & reorder as it was to small ,however all went well.Have already spread the word at the club & others have ordered.

Great products, some of the best available  Terrible delivery service.... they use Hermes - 1/2 days for delivery my....  Order was picked up by hermes, they didnt scan it, so no one can track the order.... no idea where it is, no idea when it will arrive.... complete incompetence. If you contract with idiots, it will reflect your business.

I would advise all retailers and Rugby specialist businesses not to deal with Optimum. They will use you to promote their brand and then suddenly cut supply

Rugby boots not true to size and several sizes too small. Customer service really unhelpful and struggling to return online order. Not worth the hassle using this company
