Went for massage twice , it was really good. But terrible customer service at front the reception, very rude and unfriendly. Charged my insurance twice for the same appointment and did not want to recognize their fault.  Made me run around to figure out on my own, and three months later their error is still not fixed. They don’t care about anything. Second time , they were not even able to process my claim. I won’t bother going there again unless it is the last place left on the Earth. Plus super long waiting list more than a month to get to the appointment.

A big office with lots of staff.  This is one of two locations in Chilliwack. Excellent staff who were open a honest about what their treatment could do for me.
