If you are looking for knowledgeable,professional and friendly staff , I highly recommend CBI In the past year I have seen four different staff members for different treatments and I have had an excellent experience with great results . Thanks CBI

The staff at CBI are amazing! Everyone of them always had a smile every time I went in for physio or IMS therapy! You can imagine how nice that is when you're in pain and can hardly walk! I pulled my piriformis muscles and IMS from Sid helped immensely! Thank you Sid and April! I was able to walk down the aisle in heels and I now work in a greenhouse and nursery and I've had no issues with my back. they taught me how to be more careful with it...This place is definitely worth going to! I didn't even need a Dr.s referral...😀

Great place. April is the kind of Lady you want looking after your recovery. Straight up. Holds you accountable and takes her job very seriously. She is not the set it and forget it type of physio you might be used to. If you want to get better go talk to April at CBI
