I've been really please with each practioner and all services at each location, but it is too hard to get appointments.

The majority of the physiotherapists at Fraser Valley Physio (mine included) were and are skilled at their jobs and provide adequate and for the most part, friendly service.

That being said, I believe a service company or businesses true representation of quality and professionalism begins at their front line, namely their reception and booking staff in the front office. 

This is the face of the business, the heart and this is where Fraser Valley Physio at the leisure centre in Chilliwack falls extremely short.  

And I mean extremely. 

Not everyone in the front office has poor customer service skills but those that do (young women specifically) have some of the poorest customer service skills I have encountered in my 42 years.  

Everything from general snarkiness to veiled hostility and contempt. 
It was made perfectly clear by their performance that my time, or rather waste of it, my injuries and my money was of no concern to them.  

I work hard for my money and luckily enough there are many, many quality physiotherapy businesses in both Chilliwack and Abbotsford that one can choose from where you, your time, your injury and your money are of value and concern to all employees of that business.  

And that is precisely where I will go.  

Fraser Valley Physio has much need work to be done in the customer service department and I would suggest you pass them up when considering a physiotherapist to visit. 

At least until they fix the front and start caring about the people that come to them.
