Optimum Auto Service

Although this was a few years back, I was more than impressed with the level of customer service I received. Me and my daughter were relocating to Alaska when outside of Edmonton my 2005 F-250 starting leaking water. I was pretty sure the water pump was the culprit and didn't want to risk traveling the ALCAN with a leaking water pump. I called and they said to come over. They went out of the way to find me a place to park my 20' trailer and a place for me and my daughter to stay the night. They started on my truck right away knowing it was time sensitive and had me back on the road the next morning!

I was in a pinch, called Optimum out of the blue and they had my car in the shop 20 minutes later. They found the problem fast and fixed it on the spot for me. Price was reasonable, their work was excellent, and their customer service top notch! Very happy with these guys!

I recently had my car repaired here. When an issue with one of the repairs presented itself, I was taken into the garage and shown exactly what the problem was along with a clear explanation. This impressed me more than anything else. The approach was one of integrity and directness. The estimate, assessment of a problem and discussion of solutions and the repair itself were all done with efficiency and skill. The person who did the repairs was Mahmud . My final bill was exactly what the estimate was plus he did something extra. Mahmud at Optimum Repair simply provided both excellent service and value.

I had my brakes replaced in November, there was no noise, I just wanted them safe for the winter. A noise started immediately after I got the brakes done. I brought it in a week later and the person who drove it claimed he couldn’t hear a noise. The noise is so bad that people on the street turn around. They put brake fluid on to help the problem. I found out later that the person who did my brakes put one of them on the wrong way and three months later, my pad is bare on one side. For $380 not worth a dime!
