Amazing customer service all around! Had my car towed into Herbers, insurance claim. Pulled out if the drive, hit ice and slid across the street into the curb. Messed up the front alignment good! Herbers was great! They kept me updated on the repairs. Parts were delayed, at no fault of anyone. Post covid supply chain is slow. But the staff kept me updated. When working on my front alignment, they noticed the rear had some dangerously loose bolts, so they tightened them up. They took care of my main issue and ensured I was safe. Thanks a bunch Herbers!

Went to the North side Herbers location in Edmonton AB. I will only go here for repairs on my truck. The people are so friendly, quick and efficient. This is my 2nd time in the shop. Both times rear ended. Both times got a good rental and very fast service. The work done is way above and it’s so nice to pick up a shinny new looking truck. This is the place to go, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the people at Herbers on 125 ave you guys and gals are the BEST. I’ve used Herbers a few times over the years and have always driven away happy in the fact that my vehicle was repaired to like new condition. The customer service is very good. Brian was amazing with the extra help and answering our questions. The staff made the whole process very easy. They managed everything with the insurance company. I just had to wait for a phone call telling me my car was done. I would absolutely recommend them. I have always been very pleased with my experiences there.

I took my to HERBERS after being side swept. I was meet with very friendly staff, my adjuster help me figure everything out and within an hour I was on my way when I returned to pick up my truck. It was in showroom condition.

The staff at Herbers Autobody were amazing, professional and courteous when dealing with me. No one likes to be involved in an automobile accident, but they looked after my SUV repairs in an efficient manner, and it was ready for me when they promised it would be, looking like new. I almost got the impression that they even cleaned out my vehicle before returning it to me. In any event, I definitely recommend Herbers to anyone requiring quality body work for their vehicle.
