I wasn't impressed with the customer service at this location. The early morning customer representatives at the front desk, not Anna, was rude when I asked questions about the estimate. When I was unable to access the status of the repair online, I called to inquire at noon, and again I was treated poorly. I wasn't asked where the damage was and the estimator assumed where the damage was and incorrectly made an estimate which had to be amended. When I picked up my vehicle, the inside of vehicle was cleaned but I found that items were scattered about and not in their original place. My windshield wiper was tampered with as well. The repaired bumper looks good.

Just had my car repaired at this location and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. from start to finish they kept me in the loop with constant updates and the work completed is perfect. they even cleaned the car inside and out! AAA will highly recommend

Thankfully this is something that is very rare with any of my vehicles but I always said that if I was to need my care repaired it would be at Herbers Autobody. I did not hesitate that choice when my SUV was damaged and I am very happy that my initial feelings were 100% correct. You can't even tell it was damaged at all which is exactly what is advertised. I will use Herbers again if I ever need to (hopefully I don't :) ).

I've taken my Altima here twice.... Great location and professional service! I love how they have embraced new technology with customer alerts. My vehicle looked flawless after each repair. I will definitely recommend Herbers to my friends and family.

I have always been very pleased with Herbers. I brought my vehicle in on a Tuesday, and said by the end of the week they would have the estimate complete. The estimator was quite candid that the vehicle was not safe to drive until repairs are complete. Most body shops I've seen just zip tie things together to make it "safe." Herbers did not do this, and that makes me feel more confident in the repairs, as they kept the vehicle to properly assess the damage. I was pleasantly surprised the estimate was so close to the actual cost of the repair. The staff at Herbers care about the repairs they do, and want to make sure you are satisfied. Not only are the staff concerned about getting repairs complete, they want to make sure the vehicle is safe. Thanks Herbers for repairing my vehicle! (RO#303408)
