I took a bag of clothes for the first time. I never have because I always heard the terrible reviews. I buy my twins hood clothes. I’m not cheap, I have a shopping problem and they are dressed nice all the time. I had brand new used like twice $30 swaddlers as well. I received almost my whole bag back talking about over washing and stains. I was sure to not bring any stained clothes, although I seen several arrivals of clothing in store today with poop stains! Also to say we don’t accept clothes inside out is extremely lazy, but I guess that is the generation we live it. I will not be back to this location, maybe I will give another a try or just donate to those in need like I always do.  Do better employees of this location.

I've been to the Deptford as well as the Maple Shade locations and overall I've had a good experience.  They have a large variety of things including toys and book. I've been able to purchase high quality used and brand new clothing and shoes some still with tags on them for a very low price. The selling process is a little more difficult because just as low as you would pay to purchase clothing you sell them at a price even lower. Every item that you may think is good isn't always accepted  and if you ever leave items they are donated and you receive a credit that expires after some time.

My experience at Maple Shade has been excellent.  My experience at Deptford has not been that welcoming.  Everyone is polite when you come in the door.  The problem comes when you ask questions.  Everyone is not sure of the policies nor the sales.  Yesterday I bought a lot of christmas clothes on sale 25% off.  No one could agree which christmas clothes were on sale.  I tried to be patient because the sales girl was new.  She was confused because the others associates were also confused.  She did her best to ring me up several times and then printed out a receipt and I left.  I calculated everything up in the car and things just did not add up.  I hesitated going back in because I did not want to get her in trouble.  When I went in a very nice lady tried to explain to me there were probably more items not showing up on the receipt.  After some of the others sales girls said this lady is ridiculous, we found out she only printed 1/2 of a receipt. There was not way I could calculate the other items.  No apology but just a discussed look from the others like I was crazy.  Things liked this has happen at deptford several times.  So it was not because they have a new girl.  Please stand on whatever rules and policies you make with a good attitude.  I was not an irrate customer.

I dropped off a bin of used DVDs which were still in the cases. Waited two hours so I walked in  and asked about the wait lady says ohhhh we can't take them they are "old" . So instead of letting me know they decided to waste two , almost three hours of my day mind you I was there about twenty mins after they opened up. Horrible customer service never received a text about the DVDs until 10 mins after I got off the phone w the supposed manager. Staff always has an attitude . You people are the worse

this location is holding items for their employees and not giving people the opportunity to buy when it’s certain items. the manager amy is very rude and lied to me about 2 items in the store that were on hold for a full day 03/4/2023. i called at 10:59 am to have them held and amy stated that somebody already called before the opening time which is 11 am. she started getting smart and i asked can i speak with her boss. She said she wasn’t calling her boss on her day off very rude and loud. she needs to be fired! hopefully one of the owners can respond to this review so they can help me.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this store after receiving a compelling review by a friend of mine. I purchased about 60-70 clothing items for my 16 month old for about $250. The clothing looks brand new and most are name brand! I was very skeptical since most of the items in their store are used clothes. I ended up washing all of the clothes when I got home just to be on the safe side. Also, I received 4 $10 off coupons after my purchase, so I will definitely be returning real soon! The staff were very professional & made me feel at home! One thing I’d say is the shoes/sneakers section could be organized a bit better. I would not buy shoes for my child here because most of their shoes were obviously worn, has dirt on the bottom of them & also is a bit dirty on the insides. Other than that, everything else is awesome!

Some good selection and and prices, however a lot of things were filthy and not cleaned. Several pieces of furniture and strollers were full of trash and smeared with feces.

Return policy needs to be well established. Don't say just return clothes with receipt, when you also need the tags still on the clothes as well. Very confusing and very frustrating. Now I have clothes that don't fit my son and no clothes to exchange it with.

This new work force - one word- Terrible! Thought it was just me and my experience/but nope ... as I was leaving the store, the lady that was behind me in line - shared her experience...stating the young girls that work behind the counter were very rude unprofessional and seemed as if they did not like their job. Not sure what has happened but it seems most of these places are just hiring anyone and ignoring the fact that some of these people have truly no true understanding or care about the CUSTOMER they are SERVICING. Today me and my new friend agreed definitely our last visit at this location. Do better!

This was my first experience here and I will not be back. I had a lot of new clothes to donate and they did not want to take most of the clothes. They are not too friendly or welcoming.
