A pretty cool place! I recommend going at least once- it’s a warehouse style place which gives it a cool vibe honestly. Some people complain about it being messy but I think it has character and with so many products it’s understandable. I crossed referenced the website for prices on products that had no listed price in store, while I wish they had price tags there’s so much stuff it would take hours! It didn’t take long to cross reference them anyway. They have a lot of more expensive figures but I found a decent amount in my range and when you include shipping and taxes of online popular anime figures stores the prices were about the same. They have good discounts if you get an account and the staff are helpful if you need anything! I recommend! + they offered to check my figure wasn’t broken before I left!

A super awesome place! I agree with most of the reviews about the cluttered atmosphere of the store, but I don't blame the owners at all, and I didn't have any trouble finding everything I needed by myself. They have a really great selection, with several figures on display. The employees were also really helpful, especially when explaining pricing and walking us through the process. They were super professional, and even recommended that I check the figures for any broken parts before leaving, opened the boxes really carefully, by the way. I don't have too much experience with in-person anime stores, but I was able to get my figures for a pretty good price, in my opinion about 40$ for each full-body Miku figure. Overall, I'm very happy I went to Navito World and super satisfied with what I bought. I'll definitely be coming again!

Been to this store twice and I've had a great experience both times. The staff here are quite friendly and very helpful. I understand that them following you around a bit can feel a little overbearing but it's understandable given the high priced merchandise. They have no problems with you browsing and don't rush you out. I also know that the price has been commented on a lot about them being too expensive, but I find that for a lot of figures they are competitive in pricing when you factor in shipping that you would have to pay from getting it in Japan.

Amazing store cashier was very nice. Their promo codes are amazing. They also deliver In the GTA and other provinces. They're figures are also legit and high quality I personally buy figmas from here.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Worker was very proffesional and found all the figures I wanted instantly. Their selection is also huge for such a small storea little crowded but personally dont mind,went in looking for 1 figure and ended up wanting more. Defiantly will go back!

I honestly love this place. While I do agree that the store is a bit cramped they offer true prices unlike a lot of other anime stories in the GTA. If you want some cheap figs just ask for prize figures- or small gacha boxes. They have 100% authentic items and amazing staff! They always ask if you wanna check if your figure isnt broken when you buy it, and is very helpful when you ask about prices. I have visited this store 5-6 times and each time was great! Best anime store in GTA!

Pre-order at your own risk. Hyper inflated prices and I don't honestly believe they even remembered my order? Or they've just been leading me on for months hoping I won't charge back. Used to be run properly, bought multiple times from them at Fanexpo. Have no idea what happened here. Really disappointing!

Loved the environment, really helpful staff around, and reasonable prices. Got a cute nendoroid that I always wanted as a kid.

I've never had a problem with Navito World. The staff have been very nice and helpful, and communication with them about orders has always been handled quickly. In that regard I would give them a solid 5 stars. The reason my review only has 4 stars is because lately I have been disappointed with a lot of the prices of the figures. I completely understand needing to make a profit after the cost of the figure, shipping, taxes and customs. However, I check their site almost everyday and I've been seeing some markups of over $100, even $200 on some figures compared to the costs of importing them from Japan or even the aftermarket. I really want to support a local shop like this but I struggle to justify their prices when it's cheaper for me to order from overseas. I think they are a fine choice for smaller/prize figures if you don't mind paying a small markup. However I think their other recent additions to their catalogue would make me look for a better deal someplace else. EDIT: Thank you for your extremely quick response, Navito World. I appreciate your transparency regarding the increase in prices and commitment to stocking figures despite the challenges presented by the pandemic, I look forward to shopping here again in the future.

The store has some good figures but they lock you in so you can’t get out unless a staff member opens the door, they had a bunch of figures all over the place and on the floor to the point it looks bad and you can’t see much of anything at all
