Ive purchased a few things from here both online and in-store pick up. Love their selection and they have daily deals that have helped saved me some money. My pickup from the bayside location went smoothly and the staff was very helpful

Decent size store, staff is really helpful. We had so many questions about strollers and were able to drive test some of the available models. Store open times are a bit limited unless you live nearby.

I ordered an e-gift card and it was never sent to the recipient. West Coast Kids didn't respond to my email. I called the store and they told me that tech support would get in touch and they never did. No reason to have this much trouble sending an e-gift card. Never shopping here again.
