The staff are fantastic. A special shout out to Maria and to Molly. They went more than the extra mile to be sure that I was happy with my ring repair. I needed a diamond replaced and at first I wasn't happy with the diamond that they replaced it with. No problem, they told me to wear my ring for the next two weeks as I was going away then to bring it back and they would gladly replace the diamond. Not only did they replace the diamond, but Free of Charge, Molly arranged to have one of the other stones replaced as she thought it was too old and damaged looking. My ring is better than new. They have a customer for life. Wonderful customer service.

They are closing soon. Not impressed with the policies. They wont help you with ring size if u dnt buy from them. I was looking for engagement rings. Prizes are a bit over priced. Wont recommend this location. They are closing anyways. - 04/26/2019 This is to your response owner. Accusing a possible customer as fraud just bcoz you think people only come to check ring size is why people give you 3 star rating in google. Putting random prices on your products and giving discounts based on your feel of the customer you would call it as being a businessman at the same time you say try being honest I see the hypocrite in you. I have every intention to buy a ring but for the right price I feel would match my interest and since people are also helping me out I wanted to tell them what size of ring they should look for. I went straight from you guys to a jewellery store down the street Noor Jewellery and their approach to customers is way different from yours and that shows exactly why they have 4.6 rating in google. I felt welcome not judged over there. Again as stated in my comment earlier this experience is from this location only. Omni have one more location on McLaughlin where I dint feel treated this bad, they just dint have selection or what I was looking for. I wonder why the owner took down their response to my feedback after they accused of people coming to check ring size as fraudsters where else would one go to check ring size. Maybe they changed their mind and got better after my feedback regarding it and you got lucky. I just had to respond to your one contribution review ever in google to appreciate the time you took to validate that Omni staff at this location will check ring size for everyone even if they dont buy anything from them. 06/08/2019

It's good business practise to change your voicemail to indicate that you are closed for 2 days for religious holidays. I repeatedly called and received no answer over 2 days and was put into a generic voice mail each time - no mention of being closed. The website indicated you were open. I was anxious to pick up an item that is a gift and because no one answered the phone - I drove 45 minutes to arrive at your closed store with a note posted on the door. Not cool.

The biggest ripoff place in Mississauga, I got quote for bag of chains offered me $110, took it to 3 other places they offered $350, that's one hell of a difference. I also gave them a bracelet they offered $2800 for it, i got $4000 for it from gold place on hurontario, be very careful folks, these are first class scam artists.

I would like to say that the Omni group is an amazing service. My son recently got engaged to his childhood sweetheart Amy. My son is on a very limited budget and works only part time as he is a fulltime student. He wanted to surprise her with an affordable yet elegant ring. Shorty after their announcement, Amy either scraped her hand on something or her ring got caught in something....nobody knows, her diamond was ripped from the claws that held it in place. It clearly was not faulty crafsnenship. Amy and my son were stressed and distraught. I told them to ask them for help. Well, I'll tell you they helped them above and beyond what was to be an expensive repair. At first glance policy at Omni JC dictated they could not help much as it was their fault. While waiting for a quote on repair, a friendly call came to the house announcing that Omni was replacing the diamond free of charge. They were both overjoyed and releived of this additional wedding stress. Thank you Omni Jewl crafters. You reallly do live by your reputation. Cheers.

I love Omni Jellers....they have the best cutomer service and staff. Marie is great along with the rest of the staff. So friendly and helpful. I met Jack the owner who is such a nice man and Rob. I would recommend Omni Jellers for sure!

I went to the now closed concord location years ago and the staff were so rude and I was with my mom as well !! Well we walked out didn’t buy anything and now the place is closed I wonder why ??? My mom is well she loves the ring we bought elsewhere

Always great people working. Any questions you have they will take the time, whatever time that may be 2mins to 20mins to answer the question.

Worst experience ever. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Jewelry is poor quality. I advise that you take your business elsewhere.

Staff were occupied with 3 customers when we arrived, we were not greeted, and not approached even after those 3 customers left and we were the only ones left in the store. Hello??? Walked out.
