THEY STEAL PEOPLE! Never coming back. This is the most disgusting place I've seen, it's guetto. Very bad service. They will do anything to hold your depot. They took 30$ of my depot for stains that I could take off with water. He didn't let go back cleaning it and was about to charge me 60$ just because I was asking to go back and clean myself and I still had the room for the next morning. They will lie in your face. I felt fraud. It's the worst hotel experience I lived. Very cheap, very old and not clean. It was smelling bad. The guy with a brown beard working on evening shift on the 4 December around 7h30 pm gave me the worst service ever.
Worst Experience Ever - Avoid at All Costs!nnI recently stayed at Olux Hotel Motel & Suites and was utterly disappointed. I had booked a Premier Deluxe Room but was shocked to find myself in a cheap, outdated, and destroyed room that was far from the quality advertised. The toilet seat was literally falling off and completely broken, making even the most basic amenities unusable.nnTo make matters worse, my partner and I were bitten multiple times by bed bugs during the night, which was beyond disgusting. When I called the reception to ask for a different room, I was met with a complete lack of care or responsibility. They simply said, “Sorry, we can’t do that. I can’t do anything for you.” I was left in disbelief—how could they expect anyone to sleep in a room infested with bed bugs?nnThe lack of basic hygiene and customer service is appalling. Not only did I feel scammed by the misleading room description, but I was also forced to endure what felt like an extremely unsafe environment. The police were constantly patrolling the area, which gave off the impression that the hotel is situated in a drug-infested or crime-heavy zone. At one point, we were even questioned by the police for no apparent reason, adding to the feeling that everyone staying there is treated like a criminal.nnEverything about this place is a disaster, from the unprofessional staff to the unhygienic, unsafe conditions. This was by far the worst experience of my life, and I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. There are far better places to stay in the area—this is not one of them.nnDo yourself a favor: Do not book here.
nnI recently had the pleasure of staying at Olux in Laval, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and professional receptionist, Oleg. His attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request truly made me feel valued as a guest.nnThe room itself was immaculate, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the overall atmosphere was both modern and cozy.nnWhat really stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Oleg. His warm demeanor and commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience made all the difference. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their guests the way Oleg does, and it's clear that he takes pride in his work.nnI highly recommend Olux to anyone visiting Laval. The combination of comfortable accommodations and outstanding service, makes it a place I'll definitely return to on my next trip!
My partner and I stayed here. We did a last minute trip to Montreal. It was clean, safe , comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and kind. No issue what so ever . I will definitely be coming back !
Meh it’s a good hotel if you just need a quick room. My dude and I live 1h+ away from each other plus we have separate life’s so sometimes it’s just easier to meet there for a few hours. I’ve never had a problem and I come regularly. It’s Just not the Ritz or the Hilton. You want upstanding privacy that comes at a coast. Very happy with my service.
