We spent one night while all other hotels were booked. We paid a high price and were hesitant. The current 2.8 rating is not well deserved. The room was clean and well equipped, the bedding was comfortable, the place was very calm not on the street. Individual A/C. Well working free WiFi. This is a motel, with a parking lot for your car and many cameras to make it even safer.
pretty basic and run down motel tbh. came here on my own a few days ago just for a quick trip. price is low and they got free wifi but the room had this stale smoke smell and the bed was stiff. also the walls are super thin, could hear all the noise from outside and the hallway the whole night. its ok if your tight on budget but quality is just not it
Please be very cautious when booking this motel. Had a horrific and disgusting experience with this hotel. We were travelling as a family and only needed the room for a couple hours. The reception staff are not helpful or friendly. They do not explain any terms or conditions of the stay. They rush you to pay the room fee and deposit but are not willing to answer any questions.nnThe photos are very misleading. They watch you through the cameras and call you to the room phone invading privacy. Horrible smelling rooms. Lacking basic hygiene practices. Unwashed bedding and run down rooms and bathroom. The staircase to the rooms reek of smoke and other unpleasant smells. Very unsafe, they don’t have locks for the door knobs. Can only be locked from outside. We ended up not staying regardless of the payment they wouldn’t refund.
This was the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I have ever had in a hotel.nnI checked in for a simple 5-hour stay from 00:06 to 05:06. At 05:12, instead of following basic hotel procedures, the night staff member started banging on my door so aggressively that it scared me awake. I never even opened the door. I shouted “I’m coming” because the knocking was so loud and unnecessary.nnI left the room at 05:22, and even then he still charged me a late check-out fee for only a few minutes. What makes it even worse is that the clock in the room was wrong when I set my alarm, it showed 04:52 instead of 5h22am when i opened the door and left for the reception. I have proof of that. So I was relying on a clock that your own hotel failed to keep accurate.nnAny trained staff member knows the proper process: call the room first, wait, then address the guest calmly at reception. That’s exactly why deposits exist. Instead, this employee chose to act aggressive, impatient, and completely disrespectful.nnOn top of that, he spoke to me with zero professionalism, admitted he doesn’t care about me as a guest, and told me he would make sure I’m never allowed back. I work in hotel management myself, and I have never seen behavior this unacceptable from someone working in hospitality.nnI expect a supervisor to contact me. This staff member urgently needs training on basic respect, guest treatment, and hotel procedures. I am requesting a full refund this experience was beyond disappointing. It was disrespectful, unnecessary, and downright shocking.
The manager is awful and greedy. Stay away so if theres a problem with your reservation, you will be able to have a friendly help
