Went to Montreal for our honeymoon and stayed at this motel. We got a deluxe king suite with jet tub. Staff was very nice, polite and accommodating.  They were excited that we chose them to spend the week, and we're very helpful when asking questions about the area, including restaurants and places of interest to see.
Breakfast had little choices, but pastries and breads were all from a local business. They were very tasty and we often went back for more. 
I would have preferred to have a coffee maker in the room rather than having to get dressed and go to the main office in the mornings.
Room was very clean and tidy, and staff was always willing to give more towels, or exchange for clean ones when we saw them.
Although the bathroom was very small, the walk-in shower with 6 jets, hand held, and rain head more than made up for it. Along with the huge jet tub in the main room. 
AC unit was loud, and the bed was right next to it. Sometimes it made it hard to sleep or it would wake us up in the night when it clicked on.
It is true that there is some questionable activities at night. However, we never had any issues with other guests or visitors. Everyone was very respectful.
Overall, this was a good experience and I would go back again if we were to visit.

Where do I start? We were greeted by the child of one of the other guest telling us that we couldn't get in until we gave him $10 and neither the staff or his parents addressed the issue. The lobby looked more like a seedy hangout spot than a place of business. As for the room, the bathroom had black mold in the shower, the room had an exposed portion of the wall, there were hairs in the sheets before we even touched the bed. We cancelled our 4 night reservation and went elsewhere. Instead of staying inside of the room for the 1 hour that we were there, we decided to stay in our car. When we asked if we can have a cleaner room, we were told that the only way we can get a new room is if we paid extra money to upgrade to a more expensive room; so instead we asked if our room can be cleaned. The house keeper came, sprayed the shower, scrubbed a bit, and said "that's the best I can do". The mold was still in all the same spots. The host seemed to be more interested in debating the cancellation policie (which the hotel did not want to honor) with my wife, rather than attempting to address our concerns. Run fast and far from this place and do not look back. You have been warned!

Rough looking on the outside but relatively nice on the inside. The shower was amazing (wall Jets and a rain head in addition to a standard head), but the bathroom door didn't shut without a good pull, and the toilet ran constsntly. There was exposed wires and random duct tape on the wall. High effort though with a fireplace and flat screen television. There was however what appeared to be blood on the sheets though, and there were only two pillows per bed. Breakfast spread was decent for a Continental.

The worst experience of our lives!
The boss is a mini hitler, everything you ask is too much, to over her rules ( we ask to pay for an extra friend and the decline right away so he had to leave while he was a little bit tipsy).
The put a lock on our door so when we got back the can look if we were one more ...

Never ever I’ll pay again for this place!

I stayed at one of the bigger rooms they offer (queen size), and it was fairly small. Lighting is a bit poor too. Staff is great though
