I have been coming here for probably the past 5 years and this was the worst experience. We ordered calamari to start when the waitress gave it to us we took one bite and the batter slide off as it was raw. I gave it back and said it wasn’t cooked she took it back to the kitchen to be refried and then gave it back to us. We attempted to eat it and again it was almost as if they were frying in cold oil. When our panzerotti came mine was quite greasy but my friends was absolutely disgusting. As seen in the picture you can see the brown oil all over her plate and the napkin she used to try and wipe the oil off when she put it on another plate. It was not busy maybe 4 tables in total but they seem to be focused on uber eats and skip the dishes. Im truly disappointed in the food and the service she even charged us for the raw calamari. To end the horrible experience we went to use the bathroom and both stalls had no toilet paper, my friend had to go and ask for a roll from the kitchen staff. Will not be returning

Food is quite good. The panzarotti is huge and full of cheese and pepperoni. Took a little then expected, but it cam eout hot amd fresh. Def. Not something they pulled out of a freezer.

Pizza and Chicken Parmesan was good. Very fresh. Penne Al a vodka was made incorrectly without tomato sauce only Alfredo sauce, lacked flavour of pancetta, vodka and suppose to have less cream. Will be coming back though to give another chance.

So disappointed with the food. Let’s just say this place has went down hill. This is not real Italian food at all, it is garbage. I have been coming here for years and loved the food in the past! Staff are very rude, portions are smaller, price increased extremely. Definitely will not be going back!

This location lived up to my expectation of my experience at the original Location. Staff very friendly and the food as delicious and with that touch of homemade food as I had expected coming. Honestly , the reviews from a few months back had me scared trying this location but I’m pleasantly surprised . The main chef Visha was amazing . I’ll be sure to come and bring guests moving forward .

If you are looking to have the best entrees, you must try their chicken parmigiana and meat lasagna. You will keep going back. I had a great time with my family. Great ambiance.

We ordered catering from the restaurant and the food was delicious and the delivery service was excellent. They communicated with me very well and kept me informed throughout the process which was very much appreciated. I would definitely order from them again. Dietary restrictions: They provide tasty halal options and vegetarian options.

Sad to see what has happened to this once good italian restaurant on Mississauga. Dirty tables, dirty floors, lazy staff that clearly don't belong on an Italian Eatery, and now I understand why on a Saturday evening there was only one other guest in the place. And not once during our time there did the phone ring nor did anyone show up for pickup. My guess is this place woll go under soon. Their Brampton location seems to be doing better and Mama can still be spotted in the kitchen. Parking: ya they have parking

If you have an allergy PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ask them to check the ingredients over and over again to make sure there are no allergens. I asked the gentleman at the counter about my specific allergens and he assured me that none of the food I was ordering had the allergens. Fast forward 90 mins after eating and I am having an allergic reaction. I had the eggplant Parmesan. I called the restaurant and they mentioned that some items are made in house and some are made offsite. Specifically the bun and the breaded eggplant. Check and double check so that you don’t suffer as a result.
