Old Xian's Food

Passed by this place many times on my way to Pearl Castle but man, have I been missing out. The best thing I have to say about this place is that it does NOT skimp on the portions. Lots of places, you order a dish and the main ingredient beef, lamb, etc is overshadowed by sauce, veg and other things you didn't expect. This place gives you great bang for the buck and is delicious. Highly recommend. This is one of the few places that has me excited to go back and try everything on the menu.

Best Xian style noodles I have had outside of China. They have a lot of vegetarian/vegan options. Highly recommended. Really good food. Authentic and generous portion size.

Fast and friendly staff serving up tasty food. A large menu offering big portions and good prices. Enjoyed the chewy noodles very much. We tried the beef noodle soup and hot and sour soup. The noodle texture is great. Beef flavor is fantastic. I also love the hot and sour soup!!! Will definitely come back for more!

First time here. Very good hand made noodle. Its taste great and has a perfect chewy texture. Couldnt stop eating

Things to note: if you are there for the lamb, DO NOT ORDER PITA BREAD WITH LAMB. Tried it, was meh. If you are there for the soup and pita, then it's up your alley. The scallion lamb was SOOOOO GOOD! For a lamb lover like me, it was the perfect dish! The burgers were fine, not my favorite. Service: 5/5 Interior design: 4.5/5 Food: 4/5 Come back rate? Pretty high for the scallion lamb.

I really enjoy the famous Cumin lamb and beef here. I have also ordered the pork & Chives dumplings, which was really tasty but slightly too salty. appy- spicy shredded potato Nice match mild sour and mild spicy. The Potato tastes soft with texture. appy-spinich salad with peanut Very fresh and delightful spinach and crunchy peanut. Simple and tasty. Stew lamb soup Very fresh lamb pieces without bones. Around 8-10 pieces per bowl Very mild lamb smell and nice meat and fat for every piece. Not too soft and still can chew with the texture. Thick soup with lots of celery and cilantro. Perfect fit for cold days. Hot Spicy oil noodles with tomato eggs& stewed pork Sour tomato egg is a great match with the biang biang noodlewide and chewy, surprisingly the stew pork is not dry at all and pretty smoothly with the hot spicy oil. All orders are great portions and a reasonable price. Amazing taste like a home dish, not salty and greasy. Amazing service and very clean environment. Easy parking. Will come back soon.

Quick food and very tasty. The rou jia mo was packed with nicely seasoned cumin lamb and the pao mo soup was flavorful. Definitely best to have these when they are fresh and hot.

Had Fantuan delivery and tried the braised beef noodles. OMG so good. Unfortunately the noodles were clumped together but no fault of the restaurant..I can't wait to go in and try them fresh. Lots of garlic, noodles, and chili's
