I'm from regina sask and I've been desperate to find one of Old Navy's popular jackets in my size. I called the Halifax location and a gal by the name Ava was so pleasant to work with over the phone. She was eager to help me find the jacket and when she did, she immediately jumped on their computer, and with the help of some other amazing staff, got my information and is now presently packing up and shipping the jacket to me. Thank you and your team so much for the fantastic service! You are an absolute gem with the sweetest heart!
Prices have risen higher than quality for the most part but the clearance deals are alright and the store is always bright and clean. The sales associates are typically really nice as well.

The service is bad! May be we just one bad experience. We were given 50% off coupons at mic mac location and they said they don't have it in the store. It's a fact I agree. The part I didn't like is the way it was presented. It's customer service that I didn't like. The shelves were maintained well and the location is good too. I will choose mic mac as my primary still
What a messy store. No organization and the sizes were all mixed together. No one greets you or speaks to you unless you purchase or try something on. The fitting rooms were a disaster - clothes all over the place. I tried on a few items and the fitting room attendant directed me to a stall which already had clothes in it. Maternity selection is extremely lacking, as well. Clearance section was a mess. Overall extremely disorganized store and distracted/unfriendly staff. I did find some good deals which was the only positive aspect of this experience.
Ample amount of parking space and a good collection of clothes. Although the fitting rooms are just smol spaces with curtains.
Great deals, especially if your funds are tight. I replace tees, tanks, buy my jeans. Always fit great.
I love this store and staff are so helpful
The store has loads of selection but I would recommend picking out what you like in store then buying online as it's usually cheaper
