This is my shopping destination from now on. Great customer service, great sale people, and very wonderful staff. I came in to this store to buy a pair of jeans. My parents don’t speak English very well, but the staff were so nice and understanding that they left us speechless. I wanted to take the lady’s name who helped us find what we needed. I wish they had an online review system, but I guess I can leave my positive review here. Thank you Pseudio, it’s hard to find good customer service nowadays.
Paige was a HUGE help today, I needed to get new clothes for my niece the clothes were actually for my dog I was just too embarrassed to admit it in store and Paige helped me pick out the PERFECT scarf for her. Couldn’t have done it without Paige!
0 star for this store. Staff does not know how to behave. They really need to teach their staff what customer service is.Me and my friend entered the store and whole time one of their staff member was starring us with racist eyes and finally she came to us and started mocking that we are doing a lot of shopping knowing that we did not pick any item.If we like we will buy if not we wont.not gonna visit them back.Instead of standing on somebody head and staring people they should fix the mess in their store.
Today was my last time in any Pseudo stores..ever! After years of me and my family shopping there. I had bought a shirt for xmas Eve, and when I went to put it on I notice the security tab had not been removed. Okay, this had happened to me once before at the Levi's store and when I returned it to the Levi's store, Besides being overly apologietic there discounted me 30% and gave me a $15. Coupon..which made the inconvenience worth it! Oh no..not Pseudo..they basically said it was MY fault,, and refused any type of discount! I said okay, then please take the shirt back, just give me a refund! No way, as they had no refunds today but did have 30% off everything in store...so I asked for a price reduction for my shirt due to it being on sale? That when I was basically screamed at and told I couldn't take the shirt back and didn't think I could ever return it..WHAT??? Other turned and left...and so did 3 other customers in the store...as I never once raised my voice and was being basically screamed at...Worst shopping experience of my life...
