I absolutely loved the cheese curds. I highly recommend them. Food is the way to my heart. Those cheese curds were amazing yesterday! They made my tummy happy and I couldn't help but smile. I'll be returning for more!

Great crazy specials. The environment is great too. True German style. And you might find some special imported liquors there too. My friends and I had a ball here.

No better deal in town than Old German Beer Hall on thursdays - always a great time here with excellent German beer - staff is always very responsive and friendly - beer is amazing - and there is no better pretzel/cheese combo in Milwaukee - easiest 5/5 star review I could write.

This place is the one I always prefer. I eat in many restaurants but to this restaurant I keep coming back again and again. The team is very attentive and the food they place on your table is so delicious. I never decline to have a nice meal here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Great German beer at a great location. Be sure to always get a liter! The hall itself is decked out in wonderful German colors, flags, and decor. The food is also rather enjoyable. Many good German items on the menu. Don’t pass up on this beer hall!

Awesome bier, good eats, good crowd, good authentic service, kinda pricey but considering the location and the bier its ok.

We sat outside to do our part to flatten the curve, and those great lamps were great. Our waitperson, Vanessa, was attentive and friendly. We split the giants pretzel and fish fry - both were fantastic. He had the Dark Dunkel and I had the Hefe Weizen. For a first visit we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.
