I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary with Trio. I am moving out of Milwaukee, sadly, but otherwise I would have re-signed my lease with Trio for sure! The staff that work at Trio are super helpful, they are always there to provide support and answer questions. The location of the apartments are also very nice. Maintenance was also rarely needed, but they responded within 24 hours typically closer to 12 hours to be honest. Very spacious, nice modern appliances, and the heated floors were perfect for the WI winters.
Trio is such a great apartment to live in! All of the staff are so friendly and help to make the apartments feel like a community. Rafael, the maintenance tech is so helpful and timely. Anytime we have a request he acts on it as soon as possible.
Rafael, the Maintenance Tech, is incredible. He is reliable, friendly, and always honest about what an issue may be and readily assists with getting an issue resolved. We really appreciate his services and his professionalism! He makes living here, which is already great, an even more enjoyable experience.
Management is so friendly and make you feel like a welcome part of the community, even at the time you come in for your tour!! Also very pet friendly, will treat your fur baby like their own!!! 10/10 recommend living at trio!!!
Since moving in, I have had the best living experience. I have not had any major issues since I have lived here. When needed, the staff is very proactive and helpful. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice, quiet, and friendly environment to live in.
Rafael is great! Whenever we have had a maintenance issue he was there in a timely manner to fix it for us. He also has gone above and beyond and fixed our squeaky doors when he had extra time.
Have been here for 5 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed calling it home. The office staff have been super professional, helpful, and friendly! The apartments are very nice and modern and maintenance issues are handled promptly.
I absolutely LOVE Trio apartment complex. I have been a tenant for now 3 years and they have to be one of the most understanding, warm, and easy-to-work-with management team I've ever had the opportunity of working with. This is definitely a place that will give you a great environment, good neighbors, and safety at it's best.
I have been part of the Trio community for over 5 years!! The apartment itself is great and the team here is outstanding!! The office staff are incredibly helpful and more importantly personable! They believe in "community" and have nice little perks like, First Friday of every month setting up coffee and doughnuts or bagels in the community room, an annual cookout, supporting local businesses with offers, really just making sure people feel like they belong to a community. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, if you ever need them, I think I have made 2-3 calls in 5 years, so you know the quality of this place!. They have a cleaning team that takes care of the public areas and it always looks good. Diverse neighbors that are all so very nice! Great neighborhood here in walkers point. Vibrant and safe. I highly recommend the Trio!
This is my second time living at Trio. The apartments are spacious and nice-looking. The management has changed since the first time I lived here but both times the teams were very nice and accommodating. My dog also enjoys them a lot too. Also, I've never had an unpleasant experience with any of the other tenants. I've parked on the street for a while and never had any issues like others are saying. I walk the dog at all hours of the day and have never felt unsafe. For the price, you'd have a hard time finding a nicer place in a better area in Milwaukee.
