I've only been on the weekends, and in those instances it was packed and very unpleasant. The upstairs section was even worse in that regard, as you're greeted with the edge of the dense crowd that fills the area and ends at the top of the stairs. Despite this, the bartenders seem to manage getting drinks out fairly well, and at least the drinks aren't bad. Maybe if you're a fan of navigating crowds then this is the place for you.

I was at Jo Cat’s the other night and my experience was completely tarnished by another customer who brought in a real LIVE cat. I was with a friend who is deathly allergic to cats so we had to make a quick exit. After notifying staff of this issue, nothing was done to remove that customer from my knowledge. This issue needs to be taken seriously because not only is it cruel for the cat, but it is also putting other people in danger! As a business, I definitely hope you are doing everything you can to make sure your customers are not put into harm’s way, including allergic reactions! This just didn’t seem to be my experience the night I went. Thoroughly disappointed.

I love visiting Jo-Cats! Super lively bar any time, either weekly happy hour or weekends. The staff is always super friendly and atmosphere is a ton of fun. Ask one of the bartenders for an America bomb, with Smirnoff Red White & Berry. I would definitely recommend this local Milwaukee bar to anyone!

Someone stole right out of my purse hanging on my chair!! I told the bartender who it was and she shrugged her shoulders said well you can't prove it

What can i say best bartenders, cheap drinks, always a fun time! you gotta check it out especially thursday-saturday when the upstairs opens! the vibe goes from that classic neighborhood bar to almost a club vibe! 5/5 pictured with one of the best bartenders there! sweet Caroline!

Trashy Brady bar. Can sometimes be fun, but my friend just had a gun flashed at him inside the bar. I'll pass, better options on Brady.

It's a rowdy drinking establishment on Brady street. It has a younger crowd. Haven't really ever been too big of a fan but the staff is cool at least. It's a niche type place; either you love it or hate it.

Excellent owner, sweet heart staff that are hard workers , speedy service excellent atmosphere. Great place to go to unwind and have a drink!!

Excellent bartenders. Has a rep as "greasy" but that is totally unfounded. Excellent neighborhood bar that gets even more fun Thurs-Sat evenings.

The best place to refresh yourself! Best staff on Brady! Great selection of beer and cocktails. The best sound system! Sports is always fun to grab at Jo Cats. Come see for yourself. Second floor is always fun so lots of room!
