Our server was great. She had many recommendations and could answer any question we had. The cocktails here are killer and they have a very nice selection of beers and wine. The food is ok. Not the best but not the worst. Absolutely overpriced that's for sure but I think you're paying for history and ambiance here.

Great food, Great Beer Selection & the history here is amazing. Walk through the hallways, look at the artifacts. I love the 3 different sizes of beer glasses. I wanted to try the boot, but I would of never made it home.
Loved the atmosphere, nothing else quite like it. I had a fabulous Brandy Old Fashioned and their onion soup. DELICIOUS
This is definitely one of Wisconsin's treasures and should be experienced by all. The food is outstanding, the ambiance and its history take you back to a moment in time. The Amazing thing is we can enjoy it now and make it our moment!
Always a great experience. One of Milwaukees last true jewels. Historical atmosphere. Hearty food. Reliable service. Great stuff for special occasions.
Everything was absolutely delicious. The meal sizes are massive. We are covid-concerned and at no point felt uncomfortable. You have to try the pork shank. We are already planning another visit and would recommend to anyone. The platter we got was perfect for variety. Prost!
