Absolutely unprofessional service. Save your time and do not come here. This guy is a butcher. He even could not properly glue my boots and smudged black color glue all over my boots. Worst part that he did not want to take responsibility and admit his fault. Instead, kept coming with unrelated excuses and explanations.

Never set foot in that store again doesn't deserve even one star

OK, I replaced my boots soles which had holes on both soles and roots had rubbed off, It's not perfectly done, but OK I think, the owner is a nice gentlment and said the replaced sole will last 6-10 years as I remembered, it cost me $45CAD, I think it's fair enough for giving my boot another decade. I also purchased "Grangers" waterproofing wax and Shoe goo on amazon for waterproofing and future incident, because didn't see they have any waterproofing wax on shelf, they have fair selection of shoes cream, mink oil, shining wax, and waterproofing spray. They also have other services such as duplication key.

Absolutely amazing shore repair place. Master at this place I believe his name is Oleg is remarkably goon at what he does. Would drive even an hour to get to him to fix my shoes since I only trust him. For years he has been excellent . Thank you for an incredible service!!!!!

Super nice owner, I left my shoes there for way too long and he was so nice about it, I've had 10 pairs fixed with him, great quality and decently priced. Would trust him will all my shoes.

Does anyone know where Oleg has gone? He has sold the place and he's no longer at 7181 yonge st. The new guy won't disclose his contact info and I am really desperate to find him? He is the only person I trust with my shoes, please let me know if you know where he is.
