Words can’t describe the level of attention, customer service, expertise and patience every single staff member at Sanction has. I’ve been in and out of the shop like a crazy woman for the past few months to find the right snowboard and gear and they’ve never disappointed - they know every detail about the products they sell and seem to stand behind the quality of all their products so that you can be confident that you’re buying the right board and gear based on your level of experience. I could go on and on but to keep it simple, with the scarce amount of specialized snowboarding shops in the area, THIS is the place you want to go to buy your snowboard and accessories - you will not be disappointed.

Hands down the BEST!! I had to buy my son new snowboard equipment. I was foolish in thinking Sporting Life or Play it Again would have the answer...I was dead wrong. Sporting Life offered absolutely NOTHING, and Play it Again was useless. Sanction came through perfectly. The service was attentive, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, and VERY VERY helpful. Selection of boots, boards, bindings, bags, gloves, goggles, clothing is second to none. From now on I won't waste my time. I'll head straight to Sanction...They KNOW their stuff!!!

Purchased new boots for both me and my girlfriend and was amazed with the quality and selection of Sanction's products. We did our own research and visited other snowboard shops in Toronto before making any decisions. We also got both our boards serviced here. Sanction hands down provided the best information and customer service. Thank you Charles for your help on two separate occasions! This perfect rating is well deserved.

Just bought a great pair of vans snowboard boots here. The owner himself helped me pick them out and get a good fit. He was very patient (I'm pretty picky) and didn't try to oversell me on stuff I didn't need. The store was clean everyone was very knowledgeable and had a great vibe. Definitely recommend getting your snow stuff here and support local!

Came in to buy some snowboard boots and the staff was so helpful! It's been awhile since I've snowboarded so the staff was informative with the different types of boots available and what's the proper fitting. So helpful my husband bought a pair too! I'd definitely recommend this shop and we'll come back again as well!!
