I love my new closet. This is the first house where I have had a walk-in closet. It was filled with white wire shelving. It worked but wasn't great. It is now exactly what I need and looks so much more professionally designed. The staff were professional and helpful. I have attached before and after pictures.

Ginny and her team have outfitted our last 2 builds and we are very impressed. Their suggestions and designs were perfect and the install team was very professional.

Jinny and her team did an amazing job on the overhaul of our ensuite bathroom! From helping me design our closet space to fit our space, creating the cabinet drawers and then installing it all to perfection! I would highly recommend North Okanagan closets for any Reno or build!

Overall customer experience was very poor. The response time after installation was slow - would not call back after multiple voicemails/calls. When I finally was able to get a hold of them; the warranty on the installation was nonexistent even after I explained the situation. They apologized but did not offer a remedy. I ended up calling an independent contractor because they did not fasten the racks correctly. It is an expensive product, with an expensive installation; expected much better. Overall - the product itself is nice. The installation and quality of customer service terrible.

I can’t say enough about the customer service and quality of work and ideas they bring to the table. They have gone far and above my expectations. I will definitely be using them again. I also was pleased that it’s made here in Vernon.
