Adam and his crew were great. Professional every step of the way. Ran into several unforeseen problems and Adam handled it for us so we were able to get the expected outcome. He is dedicated to doing the job right. Al was easy to talk to and took my call late in the evening to assist in getting the project completed. Great salesman!

When we noticed cracking in our drywall and several other signs of a bad foundation we called on Ohio Basement Systems due to there hundreds of great reviews on Google, Yelp, etc. Fixing your foundations is something you cringe when thinking about. But when we first met Kevin for the initial inspection we felt reassured that this was the right thing to do. From the Pier Jacking to the Poly injection I noticed a huge difference in my foundation. Both crews were professional, friendly and did whatever they could to make you comfortable. This was a good investment for our home and there service is second to none. They are truley the best at what they do.

Great experience with Adam & Al! Walked us through steps to insulate our crawl space & showed us the products and parts needed for for the area. Showed us different price options needed as well! Very detailed, polite and friendly. Although quite expensive final estimate. Didn’t end up going with them because the price was OUTRAGEOUS for what we needed done.

My basement has had my stress levels through the roof! I called 8 different companies to see who would offer the better deal. The day of my appointment with Ohio Basement Systems, I originally canceled my appointment, but Dustin (the rep) had already showed up. After going through the all the demonstrations and explaining in detail what was actually going on....I was sold! He came up with an AWESOME PRICE! When I made the decision my fianceé was not home, so Dustin had to come back out the following day. When he came out we were in the middle of tearing down our drywall. We notice that behind the drywall the previous owner covered up a bowing wall. Thank God Dustin was to the rescue! He once again offered a price that I could not turn down and we assured that although this bad, it will be fix! Thanks Dustin for turning my nightmare into a happy ending!

Day 4 of the progress on the installment of waterproof basement system and I'm in complete awe of the skilled men making it all transform before our eyes. The construction crew are surely the heartbeat of Ohio Basement Systems. Andy, Scott, Steven and Adam together have made this renovation transition seem almost seamless. Quality work. Quality product. I will highly recommendable OBS to family, friends and other associates. Here are some photos documenting the process. I'll add more photos as their captured. We are simple delighted with the decision to go with OBS. Our OBS basement is going to be a cozy addition to our home. Thanks for all you do OBS!
