Jacob and his team were a great help while I was purchasing my home. I received a proposal quickly, and they were also willing to work with my title company so the seller's didn't have to pay out of pocket and the invoice could be paid at closing. This took a huge weight off my shoulders during the home buying process, and they corrected all the electrical deficiencies many being safety issues within the home. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises and have already recommended them to family and friends.
