Avner Co. did some electrical work during my kitchen remodeling back in 2005. At that time, I asked him to fix 2 switches along the stairway that didn't work correctly. He flatly refused & recommended to use battery-operated devices at each end of the stairway. I took his advice for granted & didn't seek a 2nd opinion. Now in 2013 I hired an electrician from Handyman Connection who did fix the switches, and now they work as they should. Had it been done back in 2005, it would've been more cost efficient as a part of a package deal, and would've spared me a great deal of hassle dealing with this problem over the years. I wouldn't hire this company ever again.
