Ohana Kids and Family Salon and Boutique

An incredibly seamless Experience from beginning to end. From the point that I booked to the moments that we left we were guided with care and deep consideration. The back room was decorated with gorgeous balloons and decor I couldn’t have asked for more. The entire team at Ohana watched over us and ensured that everyone was having fun and an incredible time. From hair and nails to karaoke to a fashion show to organize games everyone had an incredible time including all of the adults! This place is clean, bright and full of positive vibes. We had our haircut done by Fatima. She did it so nice and quick. We can tell she is very experienced and professional. The other hairstylist was also very good to kids. Highly recommend, especially for those that struggle to do hair cuts at home! They also provide other services, and a room for events. NOT GOOD NOT ONLY SHE RUINED MY SON’s hair one day before his bday,but she did not even know what was the problem. I went there with picture and explained what I want for my son, but he came out almost looking the same style but much shorter which I very well emphasized not to make it shorter . Even the owner is not pleasant with her customer never going there again We asked for layered long hair

I brought my 3 year old in for her first mommy-daughter pedicure and was so happy with the service we received! I wasn’t sure how she would react to the process but they did a wonderful job catering to her and made her first salon experience perfect! I was also very happy with the pedicure I received. It was AMAZING! We went for my daughter's first hair cut... She has some what of a sensory issue and always scared of new places and people. But we had a great experience. And her cut was amazing.

We always came to this location to get our sons hair cut but will no longer be coming back again. Staff there have extremely bad attitude and are extremely unreasonable. We're traveling out of country and I waited 2 weeks to come get my sons hair cut at this location. We turned up 8 minutes late to the appointment because we couldn't find parking and they turned us away. Tried to reason with them for an exception as we've never been late to an appointment in the past and the staff remained extremely hostile and racist. They had no other customers and 4 staff were available at the location. No one was able to assist us. I'll be making sure I contact the branch owner and inform them that the staff are driving their customers away. Never returning back to this locations again. After reading all the great reviews and hearing from others about their experience, I was really looking forward to taking both of my daughters here for their haircuts. I booked online for 2 haircuts and 2 pedicures. When I called to confirm a few days later, they had to slightly adjust the appointment times, no big deal for me. The morning of the appointment, I called to confirm what time the first appointment was at and was told 11:30am. On our way there, I got an email saying we were a no show. I called to see why when I was told 11:30am, they didn’t really have an answer. They said they would only have time to do one of the girls pedicures because we were “late”. When we arrived at the salon a few minutes later, the girl who does the pedicures said to us she could only do one of the girls’ pedicures cause she is fully booked for the day. I said ok no problem but no, that’s not fair to the other so we’ll pass. Fatima was great with both girls and they loved their haircuts. What really annoyed me even more, was that we were the only customers in the salon the entire time. They had time to do 2 kids pedicures! No one was there by the time we left either. They staff just sat in the back hanging out. Overall I was very annoyed and disappointed. We will not be going back there again.Service: Kids' cuts

The haircut for our 2 yr old son was fantastic, very reasonable price for the service. Lots of care and focus on the little ones. Great atmosphere and things for the kids to occupy them. We will be coming back.Service: Kids' cuts

I took my daughter here for a haircut and the whole experience was amazing. The place is bright and very welcoming, and the people were super friendly. They involved both me and my daughter in the whole process and she got totally pampered: haircut, nails done, a balloon, a toy from a treasure chest and temporary tattoos! Definitely recommend this place!Services: Manicure

the services is good not the best but, ok. This place is ridiculous when it comes to flexibility in regards punctuality and that is why I’m giving 1 star . I was 6 minutes late, I even called then letting them know I was behind and before even arriving they marked my son as a no show. When you work with children as you clientele you should have a room for flexibility because with children ANYTHING can happen. You should read ALL of the reviews, your clients are trying to let you know that a room for flexibility is needed!!!!!!
